If you’re unable to attend an event organised by Rotondes, you may return your tickets before the event starts.
Please note that returning a ticket does not guarantee it will be resold. Tickets will only be put back on sale if the event is sold out. If your returned ticket is resold, you’ll receive a credit note equal to its value, valid for one year.
All requests to return tickets must be made in advance via email (email hidden; JavaScript is required) or phone (+352 2662 2030). We cannot process any requests once the event has started.
