Discount rates

Kulturpass: 1,50€. For workshops, please contact us to know which events are eligible. Bookings via email (tickets@​rotondes.​lu) or phone.

Performing arts:

• Youth: ≤ 26 years
• Groups: Bookings for at least 10 people for the same performance. Bookings via email (email hidden; JavaScript is required) or phone (+352 2662 2030, Tue-Fri >13:30 – 18:00).
• Carte Pro: Bookings via email (email hidden; JavaScript is required) or phone (+352 2662 2030, Tue-Fri >13:30 – 18:00).

Concerts: Presale rate available until 16:00 on the date of the concert

For performing arts events, the box office opens before the shows, for immediate entry. For concerts, the box office opens at the same time as the doors, at the times indicated on the events page. 

For sold out events, you can ask to be placed on a waiting list either:

• By email (email hidden; JavaScript is required); or
• By phone (+352 2662 2030, Tue-Fri >13:30 – 18:00).

If you have tickets to a show but are unable to attend, please contact the ticket office. If your tickets are purchased by someone on the waiting list, credit of equal value to the price, valid for one year, will be issued.

Tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend an event organised by Rotondes, you can return your tickets before the event by contacting the tickets office by email or by phone. Returning your tickets doesn’t mean that they will be resold. If the tickets are resold, credit of equal value to the price, valid for one year, will be issued. Our vouchers are valid for one year for any event organised at Rotondes. They can also be used in our Gift Shop. For sociocultural projects, the vouchers can only be redeemed during the presale period.
