Ticketing
Our box office is available by phone (+352 2662 2030) Tuesday to Friday, 13:30 – 18:00, or by email at email hidden; JavaScript is required.
Tickets can also be purchased online anytime.
Please note: We don’t have a physical box office counter except during events.
All available tickets are shown and sold online. If an event is fully booked, please contact us to join the waiting list.
Tickets are emailed upon payment confirmation. Check your spam folder. If they’re missing, get in touch with the box office.
Don’t worry, we have your booking on file. Contact us so we can resend your tickets or visit our day-of-event box office before the event starts.
No problem, you don’t have to. You can show your tickets on your smartphone (PDF or Wallet format).
All Rotondes-organised events accept Kulturpass rates, but availability is limited for some shows. We strongly recommend booking early by contacting our box office directly.
Seating is unallocated. If you require a specific seat for accessibility or visibility reasons, please contact us ahead of time.
Anyone can use your tickets within the same price category. The name on the ticket is just the booking contact.
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, contact the ticket office in advance to release your tickets and we can try to resell them. If successful, you’ll receive a one-year credit note for the full amount.
For performances, exchanges for another date may be possible, subject to availability.
If you’re a teacher or responsible for a group (school, nursery, maison relais, etc.), please visit our dedicated educator section.
If you are attending with a group of family or friends and there are at least 10 of you for the same performance, contact the ticket office to enquire about a group discount (for shows only).
Young audiences
Yes, every person needs a valid ticket, regardless of age.
If you’re attending a performance with one child and your babysitter for the youngest has cancelled last minute, please contact the box office. They’ll let you know if it’s appropriate to bring them along too and under what conditions.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, unless attending a workshop where supervision is provided.
The Buvette and the Klub are not accessible to unaccompanied under-16s.
Not all events are suitable for all age groups. We carefully set age guidelines for each event based on content and duration for your child’s comfort and enjoyment. Choosing age-appropriate events ensures the best experience for your child.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to children who are clearly too young for an event.
Accessibility
Visitors with reduced mobility can park on-site – please contact us via the box office in advance.
The Klub, Plateforme, and Galerie are fully accessible. However, other spaces may have limited access. Please discuss your needs with us before visiting.
We aim to make all events accessible. Please inform the box office of any specific needs in advance so we can support you appropriately and ensure you have the best possible experience.
Assistance dogs are of course warmly welcomed.
Companions for disability cardholders are entitled to free entry (one companion per person).
